Cancellation policy:
Bookings can be cancelled up to 48 hours prior to time of arrival, after
this time a cancellation charge equivalent to one nights stay will be charged.

 

Surcharge:

A surcharge will apply during the Wimbledon Tennis Championships and other special events.

 

Smoking:
Smoking is not permitted within the rooms or hotel premises. The front garden
of the Guest house can be used as a smoking area.
